Description: This is an advanced course focusing on the use of high-technology studios in the composition and production of a set of art works in sound design and music. Principles of form and design studied in previous courses will be amplified and made specific in several projects. You will experience the creative process from start to finish; lay the groundwork for the final, larger project to come; and provide a portfolio of finished works for the benefit of potential employers or clients.

1. 1. Plan and produce a variety of production projects in a controlled project-studio environment, applying material from SNDA 2330 and previous Sound Arts courses
2. 2. Support the success of their production group by communicating effectively and contributing constructively
3. 3. Integrate technical knowledge, critical-listening skills, and aesthetic judgment at each stage of production
4. 4. Adapt their role and goals to the demands of different production situations and aesthetic material, choosing techniques and behaviors accordingly
