Description: This course gives students the chance to read and go to plays. You will learn the fundamentals of drama, such as comedy, tragedy, plot setting, character, staging and irony. You will go to local theaters to see how a play is actually staged, and will discuss and write about plays to analyze what you have read and seen on stage.
