Description: This is a course for beginning and intermediate adult bicycle riders. It covers conditioning sessions, bike mechanics and maintenance, bike-handling principles, emergency maneuvers, cycling physiology, techniques for cycling in traffic, and techniques for dealing with exceptional conditions of weather, lighting, grades and the presence of other cyclists. You must provide your own multiple-speed bicycle. Must be taken Pass/Fail.
