Description: In this course, you will learn the basics of webpage design and how to publish Web pages on the Internet. You are introduced to Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), and learn how to design Web pages using an HTML editor program. You will learn and use FrontPage 2003 to create a functional website and learn to upload content using a file transfer program.

Placement score into READ 1300 or completion of READ 0200 or ESOL 0052 or an introduction to the Internet class or workshop, OR experience with Windows or Mac operating systems AND experience using a Web browser such as Netscape or Microsoft Explorer.
