Description:
This course is one of three courses students can choose from to satisfy the capstone or internship requirement all students must complete to graduate with the A.S. in Business Management. You will work with marketing tools (including social media), case study problems, and communication models as well as review marketing and promotion plans to improve your critical thinking, reasoning, marketing, and communication skills. You will demonstrate your proficiency in these concepts and skills through a semester long project. Must be taken A-F.

1. Marketing strategy
2. Critical reasoning within the marketing field
3. Professional communication within a marketing context
4. Social Media tools and methods
Learning Outcomes:
1. Demonstrate proficiency in strategic marketing including social media
2. Evaluate case studies to improve critical thinking and reasoning
3. Deliver written and oral presentations on selected marketing topics
4. Build confidence in delivering marketing ideas
Prerequisites:
BUSN 2300. It is recommended that students complete
BUSN 2300 with a grade of "C" or higher.
