Description:
This course covers troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial ice-making equipment (such as Manitowoc, Scotsman, Crystal Tips, Koldraft, Whirlpool, and Hoshisaki). Instruction on both flake and cube machines will be provided. Must be taken A-F.
