Description: This course covers the importance of the inspection process and corrosion control. You will learn how to measure different aircraft components. This course must be taken A-F.

1. Using precision measuring equipment
2. Aircraft inspection techniques
3. Corrosion identification and prevention
4. Corrosion removal procedures
5. Painting procedures
6. Placarding requirements

Learning Outcomes:
1. How to use calipers, bore gauges, torque wrenches.
2. Inspect airframe for damage and corrosion.
3. Identify corrosion and causes.
4. Perform corrosion prevention procedures.
5. Understand aircraft painting procedure.
