Description: This course emphasizes both written and oral skills used in large and small businesses. You will learn to prepare memos, proposals, customer correspondence and other forms of standard written business communications. You will also learn how to prepare oral reports and lead group discussions.

1. Expresses concepts efficiently and effectively both in oral and written form
2. Manipulate and write various correspondence in multiple mediums

4. Select an appropriate medium and channel for communication
5. Employs high quality individual and group presentations

Prerequisites:  Placement into READ 0200 or ESOL 0052 or completion of READ 0100 or ESOL 0042
