Description:
This course prepares students for the National Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Certifications. You will gain knowledge and skills in exercise science, nutrition and assessment for physical activity, as well as exercise program design. You must also take
PHED 2210 to complete the certification. Must be taken A-F.
