Description:
This course focuses on nursing care for health promotion and disease prevention and acquiring knowledge regarding caring for elderly with chronic variations in health. You will understand the role of the professional nurse and practice provision of care and health promotion of adults and elderly. You will understand and utilize the nursing process to facilitate critical thinking, therapeutic communication, and growth and development theory in a caring and culturally congruent environment. Must be taken A-F.
