Description: The Supermarket Refrigeration course will prepare students to repair and maintain refrigeration equipment found in Supermarket Grocery stores. You will learn the basics of supermarket rack systems, refrigerated cases, heat reclaim systems, and rack system refrigerants including carbon dioxide.

3. Supermarket refrigeration condensers and evaporators
4. Supermarket refrigeration rack refrigerants
5. Supermarket refrigeration control systems
