Beginning Hatha Yoga (PHED 1108)

Description: This course is designed to develop the mind and body through the ancient discipline of yoga. Emphasis will be on yoga stretches, balance through body postures (ASANAS), flexibility, muscle tone, and a centered focus leading to relaxation, as well as holistic discipline. Self-control and self-awareness are required. Must be taken Pass/Fail.
