Description:
This course teaches the fundamentals of volleyball with emphasis on participation, basic skills, rules, strategy, teamwork and tournament play. Must be taken Pass/Fail.

1. Serving and Serve Receive
2. Offensive Skills such as passing, setting, hitting and offensive set up
3. Blocking
4. Defense skills and set up
5. Dimensions of Wellness
