Description: This course is an overview of server-side solution technologies for enhancing the user experience on the WorldWide Web. You will plan and design relational databases for use in dynamic web applications. You will explore topics including database planning, connectivity, and Structured Query Language (SQL). You will create a website using popular web application frameworks. Must be taken A-F.

1. 1. Analyze and organize data and write SQL queries for use in a relational database
2. 2. Describe and explain the roles of popular web application frameworks used in the development of dynamic data centric web applications
3. 3. Design and develop a dynamic database dependent web application
4. 4. Demonstrate how one might combine client-side and server-side technologies to enhance the web UI
5. 5. Create server-side scripts and web forms for use in sending email and managing database content

Prerequisites: 

WEBI 1911 or instructor approval.
