Description:
This class covers hardware, materials, and hand tools used in the construction, repair and maintenance of aircraft, including metal alloys and their heat treatment. Must be taken A-F.

1. Aircraft material terminology and identification
2. Aircraft hardware, terminology and identification
3. Aircraft rigid and flexible tubing fabrication
4. Aircraft non-destructive inspection techniques
5. Precision measurements

1. Identify and install aircraft safety hardware
2. Fabricate and install aircraft rigid tubing and flexible hoses
3. Perform aviation precision measurements
4. Perform Non-Destructive Technique inspections on aircraft parts
