Description: This course is an overview of server-side solution technologies for enhancing the user experience on the WorldWide Web. You will plan and design relational databases for use in dynamic web applications. You will explore topics including database planning, connectivity, and Structured Query Language (SQL). You will create a website using popular web application frameworks. Must be taken A-F.

1. 1. Analyze and organize data for use in a relational database
2. 2. Write SQL queries for managing relational databases
3. 3. Describe and explain the popular web application frameworks
4. 4. Design and develop a dynamic database dependent web application
5. 5. Demonstrate how one might combine client-side and server-side technologies to enhance the web UI
6. 6. Create CGI scripts and web forms for use in sending email and managing database content

Prerequisites: 

WEBI 1911 or instructor approval.
