Description: This course focuses on performing comprehensive health history and physical examinations. You will learn techniques for performing a head-to-toe physical examination on patients across the life span. You will practice communication skills that enhance data gathering techniques, health teaching and referral skills. These skills enhance your ability and are central to effective nursing interventions and critical thinking. Must be taken A-F.
