Description: This course examines how to work with many types of families. You will investigate the importance of family/school partnerships, study methods of effectively communicating with families, and identify community organizations and networks that support families. You will explore various classroom strategies emphasizing culturally and linguistically appropriate antibias approaches supporting all children in becoming competent members of a diverse society. Must be taken A-F.
