PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. Develop professional ethics and client confidentiality.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, diagnostic procedures, pharmacology and treatment assessments.
3. Accurate and thoroughly document medical visits and procedures in electronic health record software using correct capitalization, medical terminology, numbering, punctuation, abbreviation, symbols, and metric measurement rules.
4. Determine proper ICD and CPT codes using the most current coding conventions.
