Honors Seminar (HONR 1001)

Total Credits:  3   Lecture Credits:  3  
Description:  This course provides students with an introduction to how knowledge is produced, disseminated and validated across different social, institutional and cultural systems. You will critically analyze the origins and processes of these systems as well as explanatory theories about the production of knowledge. You will also develop a plan to further investigate and respond to the politics of knowledge through the Honors Program. Must be taken A-F.
Prerequisites:  Admitted to the Honors Program

Honors Capstone (HONR 2001)

Total Credits:  3   Lecture Credits:  3  
Description:  This course provides honors students the opportunity to work on a capstone project of their choosing as a fulfillment of their Honors Program experience. You will create a plan for your project, gather what you need, and complete the capstone project. Must be taken A-F.
Prerequisites:  HONR 1001
